The Travel Print enables any TSE user to get an easy connection and to print documents from any workstation (in house, at home, from cyber cafe, hotel, or when visiting a customer...).

Based on RDP protocol, the two major benefits are:

1. Easy to use and secure connection:

The user connects with one single encrypted client program (TravelPrintClient.exe) which warps Microsoft Remote Desktop Client with all requested connection parameters.

• All of the user connection parameters set by the Administrator are encrypted into the client connection program which can be copied on a UBS key.


• If this program is generated on the user USB key itself, it is locked by the physical serial number of the USB key. Using a biometric USB device is adding one more security. The user will not have to type his logon-password and will use his finger print as identification.

The printing options give the choice to:


• Automatically root all prints to the local default printer.


• Select one of the local printers for printing a document.


• Use the local AcrobatReader to preview the document. They is very usefull to enable the user to save himself his prints with a PDF format on his local disk drive.


• Print using a streaming technology for large documents printing requirements. The streaming mode splits automatically the document into a series of two pages PDF files which are pushed on the local default printer. The user will not have to wait anymore for the complete document to be transferred before the printer starts the job. As soon as the first two pages are received the printing jobs will start.
